I essentially cleaned out my fridge last week so here’s quinoa salad with hemp seeds, portabella, edamame and cranberries with a gooseberry vinegar-olive oil dressing that didn’t quite work. But, effort!
Rice noodles with carrots (I did fancy carrot ribbons with a peeler!) and shittake mushrooms in a soy-sesame-rice vinegar-sriracha sauce. Again, eating everything I have in the house. But so tasty, easy and creative!
