Now, I’m not sure what’s on the market these days in terms of vegan ricotta, but I’m going to tell you right now, it doesn’t matter. I just tried Nutty Cow’s ricotta, and it’s all that exists to me at this present moment in time. I hate to admit this, but I really wasn’t sure what to expect…

I NEED THIS TO BE IN NYC NOW PLEASE! I love making homemade tofu ricotta, but THIS LOOKS AMAZING.
